The WBA has officially ordered GGG vs Jacobs

Danny doesn't have to be more powerful than Lemieux. Danny can punch himself. Danny is a big MW. Lemieux just can't box. All he can do is punch of you let him. GG knew that he couldn't let Lemieux land so he boxed him. GG is an underrated boxer. His diehards think that he's just a stalking machine like Julio Cesar Chavez. Nah, GG jabs his way in. GG won't walk in on Jacobs unless he feels that he can take his shots. Many didn't think that Leonard could take Hearns shots until he turned Hearns into a boxer. I want to see how GG deals with a guy who can punch who has fast hands. The Jacobs that caught Quillin.

 

I think that GG is the goods, but I'm not sold on him yet because of his comp. But then again as good as Ward is, I'm not sold on him either because of his lack of a natural right hand. I'm not a perfectionist lol, just a hard critic. But in the end you will get a fair judgment from me.

 

Haymon let Wade wander on HBO, do the same for Jacobs and avoid the purse bid.

 

Why in the world do you want Lara to fight GGG instead of Jacobs? Aren't you one of the ones crying that Golovkin doesn't fight the "best" @ MW? The fight is ordered and Jacobs either takes it or vacates like Canelo. This is a fight everyone were saying GGG was "avoiding". They either come to an agreement in a month or goes to purse bid where Jacobs won't like the 25%.

 

I say bring it on. I'd love to see the fight.

This fight should be on ppv to unify the belts. I like Jacobs in this fight in the mora rematch he showed poise in setting his opponent up for the kill. He's proved he can attack against quillin. When he faces ggg he should attack just to throw him off and use his size to set him up.

 

I don't see this fight getting made. Jacobs wants too much money and he just
fought in a hotel in a **** town with no TV cameras against a never was who's
washed up to boot. I also don't see GGG fighting off of HBO and Haymon can't
work with HBO, so Jacobs won't get that fight. He just tried to make headlines
after the Mora fight so he could save face. If the fight did happen then Jacobs
would get KO'd 100%.

this fight isn't unifying any belts. golovkin is the wba champ already. jacobs has a jr belt, that will be put up for grabs after the fight, no matter who wins.

 

Whomever GGG fights next it will be the wrong guy and everyone of consequence left out will be labeled ducked by GGG. Same cycles at play, over and over.

The Winter date for K2/Team GGG is set. I would hate to see Golovkin's next fight gets pushed back several months because of an obstinate mandatory, stalling negotiations and waiting out a purse bid. Team GGG should just keep a guy like Khurtsadze on hold for the winter date in case their primary choices keep ducking.

 

This will be a great fight if it happens. GGG won't let Jacobs tee off on him like he does with lighter punching opponents. I think it will be another KO for GGG but if Jacobs lands flush a few times it will make things interesting.
