    They set a 3/28 Purse Bid for Usyk - Lebedev. Time to spit or get off the pot.

    IMHO They should just go ahead and make the fight to keep him busy. It seems like they have no idea what to do with him at HVYT.

    There are plenty of options for Usyk at heavy.
    All he needs is one solid performance against anyone decent with a name.

    Hearn should put Usyk on the next Tevin Farmer undercard. Farmer fights on DAZN every couple weeks.

    There sure are.

    But it's been 8 months since the Super 6. The should sign to fight someone if he's going to do it.

    Hearn is going to waste Usyk's career keeping him away from Joshua.

    How long before Usyk is matched with Bogdan Dinu and Dave Allen? Let the countdowns begin.

    Usyk-Takam was one they were looking at. I'd be ok with that for his 1st fight at heavyweight. I don't think Takam would cause too much of a threat, Usyk would easily out-box him I'm sure, but if Takam can land at least one decent shot, it'll be a sound enough chin-test for the heavyweight Usyk.

    Joshua and Miller are fighting. Whyte is tired of fighting everyone BUT Joshua. Chisora keeps losing. Dave Allen is fighting Lucas Browne.

    And that's all Hearn's got.

    Maybe Bogdan Dinu will beat Pulev and Usyk can fight Dinu. Or maybe Dinu will lose to Pulev and Usyk can fight Dinu when his head clears.

    Usyk better fight Lebedev. Hearn isn't doing him any favors.

    I don't know either unless they just have him eating and lifting weights. They have been talking about Povetkin and Takam for a few weeks, and both those guys are pushing 40 and about the same size as Usyk. Either one would be a good first fight, but I don't get the hand-wringing over Takam or Povetkin.

    Most of the HVYT's and fighters in all divisions don't have network contracts though. They are not affiliated with DAZN, Showtime or ESPN so anyone can sign them, even for one fight.

    if I was usyk I would laugh at the wba… and throw the belt at them on my way out :p. thee most corrupt of the 4 major org and they try to force the hand of there most legit champ? how about forcing you 2nd/3rd belt holders to all unify morons.

    Cant disagree.

    But they gave him one "gimmie" with Bellew, and there are a bunch of guys dying for a title shot.

    He has nothing left to prove at cruiserweight and the Lebedev fight is as meh as meh can be. He needs to firm up his opponent be it Takam, Hunter, or ideally Povetkin himself and hold a press conference announcing the fight and relinquishing his CW titles.

    Takam is one solid guy, Joshua was rescued by the ref ,bit of ask for debut into HW for Usyk as good as he is.
