The WBA Super Belt & Normal Belt, why?

    With the Chagaev vs Ibragimov unification fight coming up, there will be one more World title belt created. Expect (WBA #1 ) Valuev to fight either Liakhovich or Virchis for the vacant WBA normal belt. I dont care for the rule ,but it will happen shortly.
