1 guy once

neither deserve a shot at a vacant belt at that weight

and, a weight class is the entire range said class covers...limiting someones weight more than that class already does means it is a catch, not a true weight class fight, and frankly, in this situation, it is not the main problem

 

source ? cant find anything online saying cotto is now superchamp and trout hasnt fought in allmost a year and doesnt hav anything scheduled

The WBA have become a laughing stock, i just wish it was like the old days, one champion for each weight division, nowadays you got all these other belts up for grabs, the IBO, WBF, IBC , ETC. THE way the WBA are going if all the others follow suit we could end up having about 20 world champions at each weight , its comical!!!!!

I know Welter Manny, PBF, Mosley etc. this division has too many 'stars to be interested' anymore.. I look forward to other weight classes, that ain't that popular.. like cruiser.

The alphabet Orgs were created by Don King and others in country's outside the U.S. so that they could avoid the laws of the land and corruptly rate fighters. After the ring magazine scandal King found another way to rate fighters so that they could gain title shots.
