The 5,000 Germans must have queried the authencity of the title when they booked their tickets This makes the WBA look sensible
All of the sanctioning organisations have a European belt. I dont think that the BBBoC wouldnt sanction a fight involving it, sadly!
I don't want to sound melodramatic but belts like this are a cancer on the sport. They let fighters get rankings with sanctioning bodies without having to take on serious opposition and they help fighters avoid traditional belts like the EBU or USBA Titles. Thank god the BBBofC don't recognise these ridiculous "regional" belts, the inter-continentals are bad enough as it is.

I think some orgs can have a regional title fight if the fight takes place and is defended in the appropriate region.
