The WBO orders Sheeraz vs Pacheco

Two rangey and limited fighters. Sheeraz has fought one actual world-level fighter, Adames, and was comprehensively beaten, yet somehow escaped with a draw. Pacheco certainly isn't a destroyer at 168, but his win against Sadjo is miles ahead of any of Sheeraz's wins. Berlanga is a very poor 168. I actually like this fight, think it'd be a good 50/50 fight, wouldn't surprise me if it went either way. I think Sheeraz loses pretty comfortably to Mbili, so this is the right route for him to take.
