    :patsch He dosen't look a ****. I'm just grateful that a fighter has taken on a series of very tough oponents. You clearly think thats bad for boxing.

    No let's not laugh at Froch. I don't like the funny looking ******* but he's a warrior and deserves respect for what he does in the ring. He lost a close fight it's no reason to mock the guy.

    Oh and Dunky, you're full of ****. Calzaghe fought a smart fight against Kessler no home town cooking needed.

    With that warrioresque performance Froch won me as a fan. The only **** here ist the one to deny the fact that it was a great fight from BOTH fighters.

    Gutted Froch lost but both fighters 100% respect to stand toee to toe !

    Anyone who watches or understands the game will have respect for froch whether they are a fan or not ....

    Im a fan and after Pascal , Taylor , Dirrell and now Kessler on the bounce thats some effort - total respect for a true warrior ...

    Also full credit to Kessler came back determined to show he wasnt finished as a fighter ..

    Was a great fight ..

    Regardless of the result I think Froch won a lot of his doubters over last night. That was a proper battle anb both fighters deserve full credit.

    Not sure i agree there mate ! ...look at frochs last 4 fights Pascal , Taylor , Dirrell and Kessler.... on the bounce did Calzaghe have that type of resume ...

    Im a fan of both CF and JC and had the pleaseure of being at world title fights for both but JC's CV isnt watertight.

    Also Froch went over to the states and then into Denmark to defend his world title . Calzaghe never tested himself in that respect bar fighting the Jones n Hopkins which were pension fund payment fights as we know .

    I personally think JC would have beaten Froch but maybe not as easy as some would think.

    You can guarantee that if Calzaghe came back and lost to Froch there would be a thread laughing at Calzaghe by the some of the hypocrites slating me on here.

    I've renamed the thread for the whingers.

    Yeah - well done Mikkel. I was rooting for Carl but have to take my hat off to Mikkel, he dug in and won the fight fair.

    Would like to see them go again one day!
