I really dont consider paul williams a hype job. He didnt do that bad against quintana who is extremely underrated due to his KO loss to Cotto which I attribute to a bad night. I would really love to see a quintana cotto rematch as I think he would do much better, but he has not inidcated he wants to fight cotto ever again. There were times in the williams fight where he seemed to be able to control quintana, lets see if in the rematch he can sustain that through 12 rounds. Should be a good one. I like paul's workrate his defense just aint so good.

Why is it that Williams gets an immediate rematch with Quintana & Margarito did not against Williams?!

I think Bob arum pretty much promised tony a fight with cotto down the road, so what I think happened was Margo just stuck on the sidelines to wait it out for that fight, rather than losing to Paul again. It actually worked out for tony too, because contron got a belt and then wanted to rematch to avenge his loss which you know tony just salivated at that oppurtunity.

Parody is the 1st word that comes to mind when I think of the welter weight division. Still IMO the best division in boxing with the lightweights a close 2nd.

Cintron is decent but obviously afraid of Margo.

Margo is slow and wild with bad technique but I do give him credit for being tough as nails.

I told everyone Williams was overrated because of his size and workrate but didn't know enough about Quintanna to predict he'd beat Paul.

Cotto gets all the credit in the world from me and doesn't need to beat anyone else to be considered the #2 ww behind Floyd.

    And?
Always has been, nothing new here.
Again, based on which performance? The draw you just gave him against a prime Cotto?
I guess that's why you're picking Judah to beat him.

That would describe the heavy weights for me there are just not enough stand out fighters in that division to make it interesting.

With the exception of Mayweather they all lack one major attribute: consistency.

Yess. And that is why Floyd is still undifeated right? Consistency?

Actually its called they all fight eachother.....thats an attribute that Floyd lacks actually....well I guess you could look at it like "they all don't consistently duck the other top guys in the division".:D
