    I haven't.

I just watched Clay-Miteff. Gil Clancy was working Miteff's corner. Good, tough fight for the upcoming Clay who eventually finished the fight with a beautiful right hand. Clay's combinations were poetry in motion when he let his hands go. There wasn't as many right hand leads in this one, and although people often he said he never threw to body, Clay did mix in a few body shots against Miteff.

    Excellent post, Flea.

Have you noticed Khaosai's work on the inside - absolutely mind-boggling.

    He was a complete fighter.

But you already know that, of course.

    Shades of Pac-Torrecampo.

Gotta agree with you on this one.

Have you seen Khaosai-Jose Luis Soto?

It's the earliest Galaxy fight available.

Khaosai is slightly less methodical in this one, exhibiting tremendous body movement and is fighting like a manlier version of Pacquiao.

Terrific performance by The Immortal One.

He was an underrated body puncher, by the way.

Lester I think you're underestimating Khaosai.

It's just a natural reaction to Flea's blatant fanboyism towards Khaosai.:-(

I'm just trying to be objective, LR.

Can you blame him. Flea says he's the greatest Asian. Ever. At anything. I'm not sure I disagree.

    Carlos Ortiz - Battling Torres

It's the first time I've really seen an Ortiz fight in it's entirety. I was actually quite impressed by both guys. Torres, for his ability to withstand what looked like ripping, hard punches for the best part of 10 rounds. Ortiz for his ability. Produced a lot of leverage on those right hands, decent jab, and he was patient. He never got wild when he landed a good shot. Good fight.

Looks I somehow deleted half of the Khaosai-Song post. Anyway, Khaosai dropped him to a knee once but couldn't drop him, he cornered him and battered him, mainly to the body, and the towel was thrown in.

By the way, do you know anything about Saensak's and Galaxy brothers' thai boxing careers, Flea?

    How good were they?
    Fight record?
    Hearbreaking knockout losses maybe?:verysad

I've read that Khaosai was a big puncher but had a weak kicking technique.

Saensak was a Raja' stadium champion! He represented Muay Thai in one of the many Musy Thai Vs Eastern Martial Arts matches, beating a Taekwondo guy. The one real notable loss for him that I've seen is against an ATG, Poot Lorlek, an all-round technician with his own brilliant hands and boxing career (didn't do as well as I imagined he would've watching him as a Nak Muay)

The Galaxy Bros. were not significant Nak Muay as far as I know.

Samart was the most accomplished Muay Thai champion to turn over. Kongtoranee (who fought Khaosai and Roman also multiple weight stadium champ) was another and Sagat Petchyindee is one of the P4P ATGs and challenged 'Bazooka' Gomez in a Saensak-esque 3rd pro' bout :yikes
