    Michael Carbajal TKO Jorge Arce.
Arce's promoters thought it was another has been 2 add his name 2 Arce's record, but 32 was not old enough, that was Y they stuck 2 36ers l8er.
Carbajal scored a flash KD, which did hurt Arce in rd 6 and another 1 when he stopped him.
Arce scored a couple of gr8 uppercuts 2d egs, but they seemed 2 hev no efeckt on Carbajal.
Most of d time Carbajal stalked Arce, but there were a few moments when d opposite occurred, but Arce seemed 2b much more afraid of Carbajal than vice-versa .

Just watched Walter McGowan - Ronnie Jones.

Again, great movement by McGowan who was easily outboxing the naturally bigger heavy-hitting R.Jones.

Leaping right hands and leaping left hooks looked very impressive.

6-0 for the dancing McGowan... until suddenly Walter's paper skin is cut by the clash of heads and the fight ends abruptly.:|

On a side note, wonder if McGowan would have benefited from using a pure boxing approach?

On the other hand, I'm glad he wasn't a safety-first runner.

Just watched Camacho v Rosario for the first time in ages.

Camacho fought well here imo and showed great heart and conditioning as well as a cast iron chin. I think the fight was Rosario's to win and I think he made a huge mistake taking the 5th round off. Not only did he let Camacho back in the fight and not only did he give away the round but he gave hector confidence and he went on a 5 round winning spree to build a lead meaning Rosario needed a knockout on my card.

Rosario finished the fight very strongly but he was a bit too patient at times whilst Camacho was throwing 3-4-5 jabs with nothing coming back at him.

Quality fight to watch though but ultimately one Camacho deserved to win. Shame we didn't see a rematch.

    Camacho v Mancini.

I don't think it's an exaggeration to say all 12 rounds were swing rounds I mean what a cluster **** to score. You had Camacho running, grabbing and landing clean jabs constantly than you had Mancini charging round like a bull in a china shop winging huge bombs that were sporadically landing. So many rounds could have gone both ways i think any decision is plausible here could easily have been anything within 7-5 either man i thought.

I did have it 7-5 Camacho but i wouldn't argue against anyone having it the other way. good fight really, i never realised before today how long Mancini had been off going into that fight, he got himself in great condition that night.

Lester McGowan's problem was the size of his balls. He loved a tear up.

    I hear ya, Flea.

    I've been watching Ebihara lately.

And it got me thinking - has Ebihara ever lost convincingly?

    Hiroyuki remains underrated.:verysad

Yeah, Ebihara was already fading by the time he fought Severino.

Have you read any reports on Harada-Ebihara?
