Roberto Duran vs Javier Muniz, brother of Mando Muniz This content is protected This content is protected i wonder what happened to the last round. Anyways, total domination by Duran. I had it 90-80 until it cut off I know it was a Duran W10...
This content is protected Eerily similar to Duran-Moore...same round, same kind of fall, same type of stoppage, same beating , everything. Duran was in his finest here.
This content is protected Roberto "legkiller" Duran lol And this time, he did not have time to go to the wrong corner!!

Kevin Kelley v Harold Warren Round 1: 10-9 Kelley Round 2: 10-9 Kelley Round 3: 10-9 Warren Round 4: 10-9 Warren Round 5: 10-9 Kelley Round 6: 10-10 Even Round 7: 10-9 Kelley Round 8: 10-10 Even Round 9: 10-9 Kelley Round 10: 10-9 Kelley Total: 98-94 Kelley (actual scores: 95-94, 95-94 and 97-93 all for Kelley) This was a decent fight fought unnecessarily (for Kelley) at close quarters. This fight illustrates why Kelley was a popular/boxoffice attraction. He was a boxfighter and instead of sticking to his neat boxing, he would engage, which made for exciting fights. Harold Warren was a very good infighter and Kelley always found himself in the trenches with him swapping blows. The decision was good, but strange. By that I mean, 2 scores of 95-94. I'm not referencing the closeness, but I am perplexed on how they came to those numbers. There were no knockdowns, no point deductions (that I'm aware of) and every round was close. So how did 2 judges come to a score that equates to 6-5 in rounds??? Anyone have any ideas? The only thing I can come up with was the 2 judges gave Kelley a 10-8 round somewhere along the way and would have had it a draw otherwise. But again, there was nothing dominant. A very evenly contested fight.
This content is protected Ernie fought similar to his more famous brother, Danny, but without the bombing power Danny had. RIP both.
He is still alive. Ernie isn't. But also Danny doesnt box anymore, thats why I said he had power... I hope Danny is here with us 50 more years. Nice guy! I got his autograph.
This content is protected I love how Napoles uses his jab to set up other blows. He probably had one of the best jabs in Welterweight history.
