Its on youtube at the moment. Will watch it when I get a chance. I'm guessing its a poor mans version of Harada/Famechon myself.
Sorry for late reply, only just seen this, I thought it was very close but that if I had to go one way or another, I would of chosen Poon, I think he edged it as he had the momentum of the fight going his way, plus he landed the harder punches throughout. My card.... Round 1 Poonsawat (harder shots) Round 2 Poonsawat (closish, Lee early, Poon had a stronger finish) Round 3 Poonsawat (clear, Poon hurt Lee this round to) Round 4 Ryol Li Lee (not as much pressure from poon imo) Round 5 Poonsawat Round 6 Ryol Li Lee Round 7 Ryol Li Lee Round 8 Ryol Li Lee (tough round to score) Round 9 Ryol Li Lee Round 10 Poonsawat Round 11 Poonsawat (although close, Poon early using the jab, Lee late) Round 12 Ryol Li Lee A freinds card........... 1. Poonsawat 2. Lee 3. Poonsawat 4. Poonsawat 5. Even, 10-10 (close) 6. Lee 7. Poonsawat 8. Lee 9. Poonsawat (close) 10. Poonsawat 11. Lee (close) 12. Lee Poonsawat, 115-114
It was a complete war, only it became a bit one sided down the stretch, you gotta watch it though. Shaun Porter vs Kliewer Round 1 Porter (10/8 body shot) Round 2 Porter (10/8, counter right over the jab) Round 3 Porter Round 4 Porter Round 5 Kliewer dropped 4 times, finally stopped in this round by a body shot.
Ok i heard it got one sided. I wanted to watch it but by the time the fight was available i knew the result, ill check it out though:good
Felix Trinidad Vs Bernard Hopkins B-hop puts on a masterclass. Tito looked a different fighter in there. Beuatiful right hand from 'nard to close the show
Pea had some balls in that fight. What a war, gets abit dirty and scrappy but some hard fought action right there.
You know Tito always got criticized for being one dimensional, only that fight proved to me that he wasn't, even though I already that that. From what I remember about the fight, Whitaker tried to fight in the pocket against Tito, he tried to get inside that reach to negate it, and when he got off he would sort of slide underneath Tito, but Tito became wise to it and started ripping the uppercut up from underneath when he tried to do that, that impressed me.
Sergio Martinez - Kelly Pavlik Great performance from Martinez. Took the first 4 rounds clearly for me. Think I gave Pavlik 2 of the next 3 after that though. To be fair to him he fought well in these middle rounds when he took Martinez out of his rhythm a little bit. Fantastic round 9 from Martinez pulled it back in his favour massively though, and with the damage he did in that round he took the last 3 easily. Mayweather - Castillo Scored this to Castillo by one. Floyd's early work was much better but in the middle and later rounds the fight wasn't suited to him at all. I loved Merchant's rant about the ref when he told them to calm down. The official scorecards were shocking.
