I think I read somewhere that Derrick Holmes ko'd Gomez in the ams.

 

In theory a good idea, a practise a bad idea. You rarely have 10 star fights, and you rarely have fights which are so shitty they only deserve a 1. You need to break it down a bit and give people more of a choice.

I watched Lennox Lewis v Andrew Golota, but I watched the American commentary, hadn't seen this version for years, crazy how biased the commentators are leading up to the first bell!

What a performance from Lennox, I remember staying up for it at the time and being generally worried for Lewis, I was so excited when he won, and loved the message he sent out to the doubters.

There are few fights you can show me that prove Castillo - Corrales I was over-rated.

Remember in that fight very little that was thrown missed, whatever they threw hit the button. It was warfare from the get-go and it carried on until Castillo had no more.

There was about 8 truely exciting rounds over the 3 fights and Gatti schooled him for most of the 30 rounds.
