I just watched the Lewis v Vitali fight which - shame - I'd never seen before. I'd only heard it on the radio and heard about how Lewis got lucky but having watched it I was suprised how competitive it was, even though Lewis was on the wane and fought sloppily.

Wonder what would have happened had the fight gone on without the cut.

Liked the fracas in the ring after too

 

Take the cut out of the equation and I think Lewis was getting KO'd.

But at the end of the day, fair is fair, and it was a clean win for Lennox.

Dave McAuley v Fidel Bassa I - Amazing fight and a great effort from McAuley to come back and nearly win...true warrior.

Kostya Tzsyu v Corey Johnson and Ismeal Chaves - Young Kostya would have spanked Hatton....that is all.

Watched Little Prince, Big Fight before the fight and Hamed had totally lost interest by that time, an absolutely masterful performance from Barrera though, loved his clear disgust at Naz's antics throughout the fight. I've heard that it took Naz a long time to enter the ring so what actually happened there?

 

He wasn't happy with the gloves kept trying them then taking them off trying another pair shaking head then asking for another pair then he did a group prey and that kept Barrera waiting for ages on stairs waiting to enter arena.

 

Something with his gloves or wraps I think he was half an hour late

Yeah, like a lot of Juanma fights. I watched one today that lasted about 90 seconds, I think it was his second pro fight, ended it with a beautiful left hook, as crisp a KO as you'll ever see.

 

Erik Morales vs Kevin Kelley - Morales owned every round of that fight right up to the stoppage. Good performance from him.

Wladimir Klitschko vs Ruslan Chagaev - Thought I might as well watch it. Hardly an unexpected performance form Wlad, but good nonetheless I suppose.

 

Yeah his counter pucnhing is so crisp and compact it's beautiful to watch. I dunno what you think but he looked world level in his early pro fights to me. Bit like Kostya Tszyu in his early fights they just seem to have everything there to fight world titles even in first 5-9 fights.

 

Julio Cesar Chavez TKO5 Angel Hernandez

A pretty strahtforward title defence.

Got most of Chavez' fights on video but not see this one before.
