    Give me 10 years back and i'd beat Bellew....he's rubbish.

    I wasnt keeping round by round scores but felt McDonnell was losing.
    I was shocked that even if there was a shoulder injury, that a little known fighter, who has a chance of winning and doesnt appear to be getting overly hurt by his opponent, just suddenly quit when not taking a beating and not even during an exchange.

    I heard on TV after the fight that the hand wasnt a problem, but who knows other than Nathan?

    I got the impression Nathan wasnt overly bothered and Bellew didnt seem the same either.
    The fight seemed slow, so I was surprised both appeared tired. Just imagine with the power, energy and aggression of Huck against either

    It was an interesting learning fight for C Smith, but Im not convinced about him yet.

    Cleverly clearly didn't train seriously, he always had a good engine, his workrate was one of his strong points. But he was blowing hard after two rounds and could barely stay upright for the last three rounds he was so tired, he was still out of breath when he was being interviewed a good ten minutes after the fight. Luckily for Cleverly, Bellew has terrible stamina himself, a very low and inaccurate punch output and despite all his "I'm a warrior" tough talk, fights scared because of his glass jaw.

    Huck could fight Clev and Bellew on the same night and it would be an easy nights work for him. Any of the top Cruiserweight easily KO either man.

    It was no where near: The 'Heavyweight Explosion' cards were PPV. And even in the UK, some of the closed circuit fights in the 80s and 90s were shockers compared to this.

    Ive been trying to think of the worst PPV card.
    I recall one I didnt buy as I didnt think it was worth the money and I think that was G Earl vs K Bennett

    Who feels Cleverly won?
    Fights have to be scored one round at a time and often a winning round whether close or dominating in it can both end up being 10/9 rounds.
    I think most would agree Bellew won the last 4 rounds, but what about the others where Nathans jab was landing and Bellew was missing?
