Recent study shows that Rats can regret. I know that Ariza doesn't regret imitating and kicking a old man with Parkinson's in the chest.

 

He also said it was a 2 year no compete no disclosure contract so if he decides he wants to use him he has first dibs and none of his opponents can use him.

If you all recall, Garcia let Ariza go because he was acting as a Haymon tool at the gym. For obvious business reasons (not chasing away future business by getting a rep for managers/promoters sending fighters to his gym, to lose them to Haymon) Garcia had to let him go.

One thing Haymon does have a rep for, is taking care of his pawns. Hard to find new pawns who will stick their neck out otherwise. Ariza took one for the team, Haymon hooked him up with a new job. Whether and how much work he actually does for Floyd personally will be interesting to see. I suspect he ends up working with TMT guys mostly.
