I just rewatched Gomez - Arthur and Hatton gets into the ring with his sombrero still on his back and goes over and puts his arm around Arthur after congratulating Gomez. Doesn't look like the bad treatment I had heard.

After a performance like that, Warren would have to be mad not to give you another primetime tv showing.

Apparently, you see a sombrero fly into the ring and it was supposed to be Hatton that threw it in celebration. But then as soon as you see Hatton climb onto the ring apron he has his sombrero on his back and after congratulating Gomez he goes over to Arthur puts his arm around him and speaks with him.

 

Question for willie,
A guy from ESB who claims to be 12 stone with no pro fighting career but has in the past alledgedly taken a kick to the chin from a thai boxer, without touching the canvas.Has stated here on the British forum after your last bout," that there is no way Willie Limond could put him on his ass with a 5 punch combination "

from one angle you see Hatton climbing into the ring under the ropes. All you see from the other angle is that same sombrero landing beside Arthur.
I'm pretty sure as Hatton is climbing in the ring the Sombrero comes off thanks to the rope, by accident. As you say Hatton goes to check on Arthur a few times. I'm not a fan of Ricky but I don't think he's a **** at all.
