...if the winner of Taylor v. Lacy doesn't want to take up the mandatory position.

    WBC ruling:

    Super Middle: Vacant title
#1 Carl Froch will meet #3 Jean Pascal on December 6th in Nottingham to fill the title. #2 Jermain Taylor meets #4 Jeff Lacy November 15th to decide the new mandatory challenger. A match pitting #5 Karo Murat against #9 Marcus Johnson was approved by the WBC as an additional elimination match between top ten contenders.

I see Murat beating Johnson but he ain't no ready for a world championship bout...same as Huck won't be ready to get a second try when he would beat Brudov...Sauerland should give those kids at least 2 more fights after this before going for the big time...

Oh no, that is not good for Murat. He is not even close to being ready. He might never be, he's not that great of a talent, but he needs time to see if does develop.

He was pretty fortunate to get that decision against Campillo. Could have easily gone the other way. He needs more learning fights just like that.
