The winner of Williams/Martinez should be the pound for Pound #1.

The fallowing are better and more deserving of a fight with Pacquiao and Mayweather than Clottey and Margrito. Williams, Martinez, and Breto. Also Alexander, Bradley and Khan. That's six boxers off the top of my head.

Well lets see Berto really is fairly untested so that fight is out. Alexander, Bradley, and Khan are similarly untested and fight a weight class below Pac and Mayweather so again out. And Martinez is a MW as is Williams, hell Martinez even said he probably couldn't make Jr MW so he is way out, and Williams needs to prove he can make WW before he can get a fight there. Arguably a Williams fight could be made at Jr MW, but most people were clamoring for a Martinez Williams rematch. So you listed 3 boxers that campaign at least weight class under Pac and 2 that campaign at least a weight class above Pac. One of those would be 2 weight classes depending on whether you want to call Pac a WW or Jr MW since Jr MW is where his next fight is, though most still consider him a WW. So we are back to Berto who is largely untested, but I'll actually let that go. There is perhaps one fighter, that fits all criteria, who would be a better challenge for Pac, big freaking deal.

:nono now now...you were ripping pac for fighting guys "below his level." i'm asking who is above his level. i'm not asking who is more deserving of the fight.

although I agree that Mayweather and Pac don't deserve to keep their rankings since they won't fight each other or anyone that presents a legitimate challenge to them, I can't put Martinez or Williams ahead of them for the simple fact that Mayweather and Pacquiao are way too far ahead of them as far as boxing skill goes even though Willia ms and Martinez are real warriors who fight legitimate threats.

Floyds boat is sinking and you are dragging Pacs with him. if you are having a hard time making a case for Floyd, you dont have to pull Pac down also. retiring for almost 2 years and making a comeback fighting JMM from 2 weight class below aint pound for pound material.

    Void is void.

Pac P4P not winner of Martinez/Williams fight. Judges have already filled out their cards for Williams anyway. Watch and see. Fight in William's home turf, ref and judges belong to Williams.
