just got done with my morning workout
as I was coming around the block from my cool down walk my neighbros were cutting big limbs off the tree
and they were gonna use the chainsaw to chop up the limbs that they cut down but I asked em if I could do it for em with a hand saw
I'm tellin yall that sawin on wood is one hell of a workout in and of itself
does anybody else do this as a workout
    if not, yall try it

Something that I do is take a dull log spliter (12-15 pounds) and use it for choping wood against the grains so it goes a long way. BTW You should keep doing that with the sawing and all with your training, it builds up your back muscles the right way.

Working your muscles just through heavy weightlifting would be one.

*Sigh* I don't like wasting time arguing over petty things over the internet. If it works for you then more power to you, but I have my ways of doing things and it works for me. By the way before calling someone a moron check your spelling first.

working ur back just through hevay weight lifting is fine actually. since ur back muscle endurance woul get better from the heavybag pads etc. im not sayin its the best way. but this kid thinks the fuking saw is better then weight lfiting.

It probably is. Boxers don't need to train pure strength the whole time. Strength training 3 times a week along with boxing would burn you out very fast.
