    If beating Margarito means a guy can beat Floyd, then Shane would have beaten Floyd. Shane was outclassed by Floyd. The fight with Floyd would be more of a chess match.

    Shane was outclassed by Mora after. The fight meant nothing and almost getting knocked out was the nail in the coffin. 39 year old Mosley I mean really. Making JMM come up to a weight he never fought at. Basically He never fought JMM or Mosley because at the age of Shane and weight of JMM it showed nothing except that Floyd cherry picks so he can outbox older or slower guys because he has no power left.

    Kind of like Manny fighting Cotto at his own weight, right? A prime De La Hoya? How about the wonderful fight with Clottey?

    The only thing that the Margarito fight showed was that Manny could move (we already knew) that he had power (already knew as well) and that he could be hurt.

    Both have fought older guys, guys outside of their weight, etc.
    Both have dominated near everyone they've stepped in the ring with.
    OP seems, however, to give Manny great credit and Floyd no credit.

    Even if that happen. People and media will try to discredit Master Mayweather.

    If they fought last march and Mayweather school his ass.

    Pacquiao is a smaller fighter.
    Pacquiao is overrated fighter.

    Now if they fought.

    Pacuiao is on decline
    Pacquiao is shot fighter

    Why they just can't separate the boxing performance to other matters. :sad2

    Clearly "the world" never watched Pac fight JMM or they'd realize Floyd will easily be able to touch this "sensational beast."

    I think Pac is clearly one of the best fighters of our generation, but can we seriously get off his nuts until after he fights Floyd?

    Here it is:

    I infinitely prefer Pacman as a person and a human being. Floyd is a ****, from a family of ****s, and if they all died today then the world would be a better place. Their PED allegations are pure bull****. Floyd is a coward.

    Yet I still think Floyd would win a decision over Pacman if he ever got the balls to try it out.

    Manny would have an easier time with Floyd than his previous 3 opponents.
    Floyd is used to being the faster fighter at all times but with Manny he is surely the slower of the two that is why Manny is now being called an ATG. Speed kills and Manny has proved that. Floyd has outboxed older fighters but none were destroyed in the fashion that Manny did.
    Manny at WW was never hurt as bad as Floyd was in Round 2 vs Shane.
    Better chin, more explosive, throws more punches and if Mosley at 39 got to Floyd the greatest offensive fighter ever will have no problem.
    Don't expect to see this fight happen.

    Ok so Cotto beat Mosley. Mosley rocked Floyd and was out of the ring for 18 months. How did Cotto do against Manny?
    If you want to take any fighter that has to go 12rds to win against the greatest offensive fighter of all time good luck.
