Its this simple if Kelly Pavlik does not fight Paul Williams in the light of the super 6 his reputation as a top tier / elite fighter will plummet and may never recover !!!!!!!!!!

Bob Arum needs a rocket up his arse and so does Pavlik !!!!!!

    Your thoughts please ..........................

Pavlik can't control the fact that Arum and Goosen are tying their dicks in knots. PW isn't that hard a fight for Pavlik anyway.

Its not about hard fights its about big fights , and fights the fans warrant as big fights and top contenders , no body on the planet wants Pavlik Sturm or Bika or anybody !!!!!!!! , and you cannot tell me Pavlik is sitting back in the light of the super six and enjoying some of the shite he is being linked with fighting in the near future !!!!!!!! , he at some point has to qusetion Arum ..............

    Everbody wants Pavlik Williams !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure, it would be an exciting fight. But Pavlik's hardly "ducking" a guy who fights in the division below him just by looking to unify instead. In any case, it's not happening because of promotional issues.

Pavlik beats Paul Williams if they ever fight, the hardest puncher Paul Williams has been there with, at least recently is Antonio Margarito. He should establish himself and at 154, good fights to be made there, THEN move up to 160, I am not sure ducking is the correct word. It was like this when Arthur was fighting at MW, "Pavlik ducked Arthur", "Arthur ducked Pavlik", BACK AND FORTH FOR LIKE A YEAR! I honestly believe Pavlik NOR Arthur and now I can add Pwill "DUCKS" anyone, I can not say the same for the respective managers and promoters unfortunatley.

Pavlik ducking Paul Williams? What? I guess Pavlik is ducking Shane Mosley, Cotto, and Clottey too right?

Paul Williams is a WW, not a MW.

Pavlik is still young. He can recover. He just needs to try to gather his belts at middleweight and wait for the dust to settle with the Super 6 - and then all he has to do is take on the winner. It worked for Joe Frazier in the 60's.

You know he beat a ranked MW and his last 3 fights have been above WW? He's a legit name in the MW discussion and given the division, a VERY legit name.

As for Pav, I don't think there's a rush to a PW fight, but Arum isn't winning any promoter of the year awards from me. Guy's f-ing up KP's career.

With the AA fight gone at MW, if the Sturm and PW fights also don't happen, that's a nasty record of missed fights.

Tell that to the Cotto and Shane fans who say he's a middle weight.

I mean, seriously, what th **** is going on? These guys should just fight it out and stop worrying about high-risk / low-reward.

My thought is you are an idiot that thinks he knows more than he does. While what you say could possibly be correct, it is more than likely not even close. To suggest KP's career is based on a WW is as stupid as it gets.

No Middleweight could beat him, though it's a dry division.

He is a very ordinary fighter who does the basics well. Still, he is an A-level fighter, I'd say top 20-25 P4P at the moment.

His strengths: He has a very solid, Arguello-esque jab and also throws a decent lead left hook. His right hand is a very big weapon, which he often sets up by throwing his jab out flat-handed to blind you. He has a great engine, and can throw up to 90 punches a round on a good night. His chin is very solid. Pavlik has good power, although he isn't a one-punch stoppage puncher, but prefers to wear you down and then stop you in the mid-late rounds. He is tall and rangy.

His weaknesses: His hand-speed isn't great. He's by no means slow - certainly, he can throw fast combinations as his earlier career shows, only he likes to sit down on his punches and get full extension, which means his speed is average. His defence is also very average. He doesn't have good head movement, which means that you can land quite easily by jumping in with quick hooks and upper-cuts. He's sometimes vulnerable to counter-punching. That said, his defence is improving. Also, the B-Hop fight suggests he can't cope very well with movement, because as I said he likes to get set and stop his target from moving before he starts punching.

I'll leave the analysis of his record to boo/Hermit and the rest of the Pavlik crowd.
