    Rick Frazier (cop who fought RJJ) , Calvin Brock and Micheal Grant come to mind immediately....but than so does Carlos Baldimor, John Ruiz and Rocky Juarez who some how keeps landing undeserved title shot after undeserved title shot....guy has more lives than a f'n cat!
