    DeAndrey Abron

    Don't know about older. Worst fighter to actually win a belt was probably either Maselino Masoe or Luis Santana.

    Was Santana the fighter who faked KO's with Terry Norris? If not, that was horrible. The guy gets KO'ed by a foul and then defends the belt with another win via another KO foul. How he got a title shot is unbelievable in the first place.

    Yeah, that's him. He was basically a journeyman who had lost 7 of his last 10 fights before facing Terry Norris. Then he won the titles by faking a blow to the back of the head. Then won the rematch for getting hit after the bell. Was something like 39-16 when he fought Norris to begin with.
