Was really looking forward to watching some decent british boxing again but the highlights of skys' fightnight were the undercard fights the two english title fights were far more interesting than any of the mismatches with the so caĺled big name fighters how hearn thought he could throw the scouse bomber on last minute against some latvian coach driver to pump up a ****e card i don't know. Think the boxnation cards that are coming up this month are far better than sky's for once.sorry pro munter

The only match I was really interested in was Warrington/Brunker. Seems like Eddie knows he can put Warrington on a card in Leeds and it'll sell well so he doesn't care too much about the undercard.

A horrible night's boxing. Oh well. More good ones than bad ones on the whole.

I too was looking forward to it. Even though I wasn't expecting much, I didn't think it'd be that bad. Murray's fight was a total farce.

Last nights card was a typical matchroom card, anything better from them and it gets stuck on ppv

Apart from the Bellew fight it was a solid card with some genuine 50/50 match ups (Eddie himself told me)

Doesn't bode well for British boxing does it......seems like the **** end has gone from boxing in this country all down to greedy promoters not paying pro fighters enough I think and we don't seem to be getting the stars we had back in the day.

As mentioned above, unless it's PPV (risk of a home fighter actually losing), then it's probably gonna be boring with mis-matches galore

Just having a look at Bellew's opponent last night, his last win came against this chap - Dmitrijs Avsijenkov.

He's like a Latvian Jack Black, 27 KO losses in 27 fights - surely he must realise boxing just isn't for him!!!

I would love to know what the % is of total mismatches on Matchroom cards. Most of their cards are incredibly boring.

Quite enjoyed the English title fights but you tend to expect a bit more really. The Bellew fight was embarrassing and Murray shouldn't be wasting his time in these sort of fights

I recorded the card and spent 99% of it fast forwarding through it. Pathetic.
