    this one is my all time favorite: georges "THE ORCHID MAN" carpentiers. that nick would scare the hell out of your opponents.:D

    and believe pacquiaos "pacman" is terrible too.

    whats wrong with pacman...he eats them up yum yum

    he is relentless and doesnt stop.it's a wicked nickname it uses his own name and it toally discribes what he does

    even though 'Terrible' terry norris is a great example of what a nickname sould be. i always liked the ring of 'Notorious' terry norris

    nothing wrong really. it is only that i never got past 3 stages on the video game. damn... i hate that game. btw, i like his old nick more: "the destroyer." it tells evrything about his KO power

    That was quite good; at least it is orginal unlike say Terrible Tim Whitherspoon...

    Obvious ones also annoy me: Pinklon 'Pinky' Thomas or Jeff 'Thunder from down under' Fenech; indeed that falls into both categories, as seeemingly every Aussie boxer (before and after Fenech) that made it in the USA seems to have that nickname. What is worse Fenech's original nickname 'The Marrickville Mauler' was fine
