1. It isn't chicano, it's pakistani in chicano disguise (I'm referring to Capon-e, who is actually a Pak-his-tiny) 2. He isn't involved with Paulie, he's involved with Khan, who for some weird reason, seems to be really impressed by these fake chicano-wannabe rapper outfits. 3.
