    This is the part that the Bumlovkin crowd doesn't want to come to terms with. Team Triple Duck is *well* aware of the risks involved in taking a Ward fight @ 168 - and they want NO part of it...

    He didn't ask Mayweather to move up to 160. He asked him to defend his titles at 154- a division Mayweather has fought in before.

    Golovkin has no titles at 168 nor has he ever fought there before, but he'd only have to drop 2/3 pounds to make 154.

    I never said he didn't deserve a fight with Canelo or Cotto I said they won't fight him because they have better options.

    I never said you did PC, it's cissy fruit who's coming out with this stuff, yesterday he claimed GG has fought only bums, when asked who he is supposed to fight, he claimed Golovkin doesn't deserve to fight Cotto, Canelo or Ward

    you're actually one of the few posters here who are able to discuss boxing with sense, which is something rare here these days :thumbsup

    Listen, if Bumlovkin wants to spend the remaining of his prime knocking over TOMATO CANs - as long as HBO is willing to pay for it - then I say more power to him.

    That said, lets call a spade a "spade". This dude and his team have been running around talking about how everyone is ducking and how nobody wants to fight and how they'd fight anyone from 154-168. So, as soon as a REAL threat @ 168 stands up - now all of a sudden he starts singing the catchweight song. And this comes AFTER agreeing to face not one but TWO previous potential opponents at the full SMW limit. Meanwhile, his team keeps talking up a fight with a WELTERWEIGHT. This whole ordeal wreaks of DIVA *****assness.

    You must not have that much faith on GGG.


    GGG has a GOOD chance to beat Ward. He has the CHEEN, he has the POWAH and he has the SKILLZ. Watching him wait and marinate in the MW division waiting for handouts is like watching a grown man beating up school children and taking their candy.

    I wanna see him fulfill his potential, not knock out dish washers and garbage men.

    You have just hit the nail on the head. The Bumlovkin crowd doesn't believe their man can beat Ward. Hell, most of them don't even think the fight is competitive. That's why they always go bat**** crazy whenever Andre Ward's name is mentioned.


    You'd better get used to it as I don't think the Triple Duck's Bum of the Month tour is coming to an end anytime soon.
