Not sure Bute will even fancy the rematch after what happened last time tbh. Then again, a couple of wins and his confidence may be repaired.
A lot of it depends on how Bute comes back from this defeat, I mean it was as comprehensive as you can get, there is always the chance he won't ever be the same fighter or it could go the other way and he comes back with a bit of spite and hunger. A confident Bute in Canada against a below par Froch and it's not beyond belief that it go's the full 12 rounds and Bute gets his hand raised at the end, its if its deserved will be the talking point imo.
Looking back i remember having De Gale TKO 9 against Paul Smith at the bookies , probably the only time I've called a fight to be honest
Looking forward , just a few for thought Khan will leave Roach and join Manny Steward , will rematch Danny Garcia and put on a clinic , stopping him in 10 Julio Cesar Chavez Jr will be completely dominated and outboxed / punched against Sergio Martinez Juan Manuel Marquez will fight again this year and it won't be Pacquiao , he will duly retire after losing and looking old and shot (Peterson is my guess) Kelly Pavlik will never again be a relevant fighter at the top of the sport
Right i'm going with this. Floyd Mayweather i believe will fight Adrien Broner within the next 2 years. I believe the fight he will negotiate his way through Canelo and the winner of Alexander/Khan. The Canelo fight i have a feeling with close and contentious but Floyd will look to move on after if he wins and then beat up on Alexander or Khan. I saw Mayweather say Broner should of KO'd Malignaggi. I think the first signs of Floyd flexing on 'lil bro'. I believe Floyd's competitive edge and seeing how big a fight will be and how easy it will be will drive him to turn on Broner who's actions will ensure Mayweather has a reason. Mayweather will see this as the perfect opportunity to become the fans favorite as Broner alienates himself from fans. Floyd was so close to 50 yet fell out with him and i believe Money will see that he will earn more Money from fighting Broner then being pals. I don't think Floyd really rates him, His dad doesn't really rate Broner and at one point Floyd i'm sure was involved with the Gamboa signing with TMT before the fall out but could be wrong?. Anyways i see Floyd as a long term businessman who will build Broner up and will help him become a Cash Cow but in reality a lamb to the slaughter. I know it's a long shot but just a feeling i have...
