    :good Exactly

A lot of posters here on esb are terribly biased against Calzaghe which makes me want him to win even more & lay Jones flat out just for the sheer laugh of it.

The uproar here on the general forum would be comedy gold.

`How dare he do that to a legend like roy jones jr`
`Roy would ko him in 2 rds prime v prime`
`He should`nt be allowed to retire unbeaten, he lost a fight as a schoolboy`

    Priceless.

Beating Jones doesn't make Calzaghe an all-time great fighter.

yes it does. It means he is better than Jones if he beats him.

What does it do for Jones if he wins convincingly?

If Calzaghe were fitghting an im-prime Roy Jones, then a Calzaghe win would matter.

you said that a win over jones is as good as a win over a 0-100 journeyman? So how is my analysis not right. Understanding isn't one of your strengths, right?

    Nonsense.

JC has a warriors heart & would fight anyone.
The man in your avater & Roy himself are more likely than Calzaghe to behave in such a manner except they will tell you they are smart business men rather than admit the truth.

Calzaghe`s character doesnt give me the impression that he would avoid any fighter thru fear of losing or any other reason.

I didn´t write that. I wrote that a win over this version of Jones means as much as a wain over a 0-100 journeyman. That´s very very very different, boy.

Yes son, i seen what you wrote. My point stands and you have just clarified it. You are comparing this Jones to a 0-100 journeyman, get a grip on reality and stop talking crap. Show me a 0-100 that is equal to this roy jones.
Current Roy Jones is nowhere near a prime Roy but he is still dangerous.
To compare current Roy Jones to a 0-100 Journeyman is a joke and an insult to Roy.
Wake up son, special school starts soon for you.

Yea, you saw it but you didn´t understand a word. If I go to special school, you´ve definitly never seen any school from the inside.

No he hasn't. It all depends on how RJJ looks, and most likely, if RJJ loses, it will be b/c he looked bad.
