wow id be gutted all that preparation and then told that.bit poor then considering there was fights that didnt go the distance
Both him and Trueman still got paid, though they did not fight, apparently both were doing the padwork and getting ready to go out when it was called off, what a bad time to call it !
That's **** poor least they got paid. Reason i laugh is cos this guy came back home with attitude he was here on a years break to beat domestic fighters win Lonsdale outright then move on. Now he's last man on and being told he can't go out. Feel bad for both guys though but not bad being paid for doing some padwork :yep.
it depends if they were told before the night that there could have been a chance that this would happen. also...looking at the fights on the night....only two went the distance.....it begs the question, where did the schedule fook-up come from...poxon by all accounts, but when organising a night of boxing how hard can it be to figure out how long to allocate for each bout....and if it was organised right, and some fights were over quick, why wasnt there time for all the fights that were advertised Sergey Rabchenko W Cedric Vitu SD 12 12x3 Scott Quigg W Rendall Munroe TKO 6 12x3 Martin Murray W Jorge Navarro TKO 6 12x3 Gary Buckland W Stephen Foster RTD 8 12x3 Ricky Hatton L Vyacheslav Senchenko KO 9 10x3 Adam Etches W Roman Dzhuman TKO 2 8x3 James Dickens W Franklin Varela PTS 8 8x3 Scott Jenkins W Graham Fearn KO 2 4x3
Looking at that schedule I can't see how they have filled it so badly, the majority of bouts finished early. Awful organising.
