I good point is that Daws will be matched in the stamina department - which is no mean feat :deal

do you think by disrupting his rhythm you negate his stamina?

He'll pick a few rounds along the way through activity alone, its a bit of a bad habit from Thophane in giving rounds away but the likes of Danny Garcia and Delvin Rodriguez had big trouble finding rhythm against Theophane so Daws work is definitely cut out for him.

Could be a fight of two halves, I'll predict now a SD :yep

Yep, if he does that, it may not necessarily drain him of his stamina, but it will make him less active (Calzaghe vs Hopkins for example) :good

Ash should be a bit more powerful down at 140. As said he is an extremely fit guy.

    War Lenny!

Ashley has a wretched style...tbh I don't see how he has a fan base. He was lucky to get a gift decision over D-Rod. :verysad

That said, he is tricky and does have a wealth of world level experience on Lenny (Rodriguez, Corley, Garcia) and has to be favored here.

Fair play to Theophane, he has definitely done a lot to get this far.

I like this fight. Maybe I'm optimistic but I see it boiling into quite a nice fight once Daws realizes he has to grit his teeth and walk Theophane down.

Daws is a big 140lb'er, he should have the physical strength on his side here. Aside from that he's not got a lot going for him against a cagey fighter thats picked up a few tricks stateside. Theo has some speed, some really weird angles, good defence and can lead with odds punches and really upset a 'basic' fighters rhythm and flow and Lenny really relies on getting into range and getting into a steady flow. So overall this fight is not a great look for him on paper looking at their attributes.

Daws will get a foothold in the fight at some stage though I reckon. With his fitness he should make a decent fist of it.
