Has he told the world how it happened?

    Did he drop his toothbrush?

Hobby hammer before the fight, just some little love taps to induce swelling.

That or some very diluted snake venom.

He was obviously practicing his brilliant canvas flop when something went wrong.

I doubt it. His toe was obviously broken. If you are going to be boxing skipping running on it then yes the swelling will stay.

I can't think of another reason for him finishing his sparring so early.

It supposedly happened three weeks ago. It was probably already half way healed when he stepped in the ring.

No they don't, and it depends how he broke it. I broke my left small toe a few years ago. It was bent back all the way and it stayed there. I quickly broke it again by bending it back to the original position. It didn't want to go back. I limped for almost 2 months. The pain was insane. Today that toe feels like it's a foreign object connected to my body.

My question is how do you break your small toe preparing for the biggest fight of your life.

    haha that was probably it!!

Haye obviously didn't stop to think how ridiculous it would be to start showing off his little toe as a ready made excuse as soon as the fight ended :rofl.
