Grant didn't do enough to win, but cast doubt about Adameks chances against the Klitchkos. I'd even pick Haye to KO Tomas.

Adamek was obviously the smaller man, and when he was trying to get inside, Grant hit him sometimes with his elbows (not intentionally, he is taller and has these long arms). This is the reason of Adamek's face bleeding. He catched Adamek clean with his right hand few times, but for the most of the fight, he was missing, because Adamek was to quick.

I dont understand how someone could score it as a draw or Grant victory. It means totally not understanding how to score the fight. Even Grant himself admitted that Adamek won that fight clearly. I had it 116-112 and then rewatched the fight without stupid polish comentator and 117-111 is the correct score to me. 6th, 8th and 12th round for Grant. The rest for Adamek.

Its one of the easiest fights to score, becasue the rounds that Adamek won, he was clearly outboxing the giant. I gave Grant 3 rounds, beacsue of the aggression and powerful punches landed in these rounds.

Adamek won the fight, but his Chin would be Shattered against the Klitschkos or Haye. He is feather-fisted at Heavyweight and should stick to Cruiser or even Light Heavy.

The fact is that Adamek is not true heavy. I respect him for his ambition, he could choose easier way and rule the cruiserweight for next 2-3 years. Nowadays HW division is so weak that he can get title shot what haye prooved already.

It was 116-112 Adamek if you want to be generous to Grant. Adamek outspeeded him, caught him with countless left hooks and was better inside and outside. Grant was hunting for one shot and when he landed Adameks chin again passed the test at HW.

I was suprised by Grant, he was well prepered and riped at 260. I think that even 37 year old Grant could suprise many top 20 heavies right now. He has size, experience and he has power and at HW this is always dangerous.

There isn't one objective boxing fan who thinks that grant won. The most
unbiased score out there could be no less than 116-112 for the pole. If you think grant ,then you just cannot get over the fact that a european fighter beat an african-american fighter that was 45+ lbs heavier and almost a half-foot taller. But, that is exactly what happened.
