His corner obviously paid off the doctor to stop the fight at the first possible scratch.

lewis/tyson proves that wrong - tyson is not lewis's best victory, maybe in his eyes but not in others.

you think folks remember corrie sanders? - the record books will show that vitali essentially unified vs the top ranked heavyweight, something wladimir got credit for against, imo, a worse opponent in iggy

fine thats your opinion, but i didnt start the thread, i dont spam - my bad :good

like i said, i didnt start the thread - see above :oops:

so who is lennox's greatest victory in your eyes?

vitali unified against sanders? and you really find sanders a better name than lennox on a resume?

Fortunately the doubt in your mind didn't decide the winner of there fight. Even though age was kicking Lewis in the ass in that fight, he hit Klitchko more times then I ever seen him hit. That's telling me that Klitchko was in serious danger against an age Lewis. Which also means the fight could of turned out in either fighter favor if it had continue.

Because I expect a more intelligent agrument from you, as things stand now, you're line of thinking is extremly flawed, other than that, I'm fine.

for me, it is holyfield. after that i'd say bruno and vitali.

well sanders vacated his wbo belt, but the ring and wbc got unified.

no, don't word it like that. i'm saying that at the time vitali beat sanders, it meant more than it would have done to have beaten a 39 year old lewis who was shot.

same with lewis, he'd have been better, if he had stayed on, to fight the younger brother rather than rematch the elder brother

Ruddock, Tua, Briggs, Golota and the Rahman rematch are at least fights in which he fought at a much higher level than he did against Vitali, but his win against Vitali was one of his better victories.

But technically he was aweful. He was far slower than normal, his footward was aweful and so was his timing, at least for the first couple of rounds. If you watched any of the above fights, you'd see the difference for yourself, it was obvious.
