He comes in at 178 so he could go down to lhw maybe, but he is a growing young man.

He's ranked 8th in the US right now, for what that's worth.

He may be our best prospect for a gold. His number 8 ranking is a fascade.

Just to clear things up, he's a 3 time STATE Gloves champ. Not national. (And does anyone know why he was MIA at nationals this year?)

Anyhow, my money for the Olympics at 178 is on Jerry Odom or Caleb Plant. Haven't heard or seen anything about Browne at the national level, let alone international.

He looks impressive though. But he's fighting at the state level so we'll see.

Khalids chinny and young eubank only got any recognition cause of his father. Stalker is the one to watch, and Irelands Paddy Barnes.

Brownes credentials speak for themselves. The GG's have produced a few good Olympians. Odom has fast hands, but he needs a lil more pop, and Plant imo needs to work on his defense.

A lot of trainers don't let their guys fight nationally or internationally for their own reasons when the Olympics are right around the corner. Browne will have to fight one or both of those guys and vice versa to achieve their dream. The levels or fighting at any level below the professional level are overrated because of the age of a lot of the guys.

I like Brownes chances win or lose before turning pro.
