What is funny is the time window of testing for Pacquiao. Nobody is talking about it. He could be taking it for a single day and still say he did VADA testing. I bet it stops at least 24 days before the fight. The problem is Mayweather, who is a bigger star, is not his opponent so PEDcquiao can say when the tests starts and stops, basically it's BS. You have to be naive and ignorant if you believe otherwise. Rios is controlled by Arum, you can bet Rios has no say in it at all.

 

While I fully expect Pacquiao to control the action, be prepared for him to carry Rios for a few rounds since Arum will be investing a good percentage of his resources in China(going forward) and this will be Top Rank's first major event there.
