Of course he'd employ similar tactics to what he did in the Baldomir fight and would get a similar result imo.

What makes you think he'd employ different tactics?

Pot shots from Gayweather will not keep Margie off of him.
He will walk Gayweather down then knock him out.

No he won't stop Margo coming forward.Cotto didn't manage that so Floyd couldn't.However,Marg would struggle to land anything significant on PBF.When has Floyd looked remotely in trouble?Saying that AM would knock him out is crazy I'm not sure what you're basing that on

PBF knows how to clinch, unlike Miguel

What makes me think that? How about the fact that he fights NOTHING like Baldoimir. Baldomir does not even come close to applying the same pressure Margarito does. Plus he's about 4-5 shorter then Margarito with a shorter reach. The baldomir comparison seems to be the one used most by people who don't know what to say. Don't worry, P4Pdabest will probably come in as say the exact same thing you did.

But the truth is, Floyd is at his best when he's allowed to get comfortable. DLH, Judah, Hatton, Castillo, ALL had their sucess when pressing the action effectively. The kept Floyd out of his comfort zone for varying moments. Margarito's pressure would force Floyd to either run the whole fight, or actually try to fight fire w/ fire. Either way, neither allow him to fight his type of fight.

 Struggle to land. Out of 1000 punches, he'll struggle to land?:patsch
Dude, Floyd doesn't move in the ring like he used. He's more stationary relying on his reflexes. Well, they will allow him to dodge some, but no way can he avoid everything. That's pretty ridiculous to even think.

I said he'd struggle to land anything significant.I didn't say he wouldn't land atall. That would be ridiculous.Who has landed clean punches on Floyd consistently in the past to suggest Margo could do?

    Williams beats Margo.

Clottey has the best chance besides Williams.

Too bad Williams is being forced out of the division.

Excuse me ....there is a vast distinction between Margie and the De La Hoyas....Hattons.

^ Hatton hardly landed, he was going to the corner of the rings with ease. Margarito is slower than Hatton although he is much bigger. Cotto gassed out, the low blows affected him as well as the headbutt to the nose. Cotto would have probably won if he had more stamina and had speed which is basically PBF. PBF has much more skills and would clinch when in danger.
