There is nothing binding Andre Ward to Showtime. Ward-Dawson on HBO next?

    All Ward and Goossen have to do is wait another month to see how Bute-Froch ends up. I mean they already waited 5 months or so; let's see if Ward and Dawson reach an agreement in the next month.

    Why not? I think Ward owes Showtime exposure as well as his built up to the number one spot at SMW after the Super Six tourney but if they come to an agreement to fight Chad either at 175 pounds or 168 pounds depending on their shares and on HNO, Showtime can't put him in trial just like they can't put Bradley on court for fighting on HBO against Alexander and now Pacquaio.

    ward will imminently sign up with HBO. all of the signs are there, that lengthy ringside commentary and interview during cotto vs mayweather, and the fact that he's shown prominently in the opening credits of "The Fight Game"
