    Updated GOAT resume:

GGG - Canelo lost the first, at best drew the second after failing PED test in the break, beat a 40 year old in the third
    Charlo - beat nobody
    John Ryder - decent win
    Caleb Plant - decent win
Saunders - would be decent except that one-punching his face in (a tough MW never damaged or stopped) was clearly PED use.
Yildirum - Eubank KO'd him in a round
Callum Smith - decent win but Smith moved up next fight, so probably struggled at the weight. Either that or Canelo was seriously juiced to bully a natural 175lb, 6'3 fighter.
    Liam Smith - okay win
Rocky Fielding - drain clause zombified Fielding
Amir Khan - Welter dragged up for MW title so Canelo could avoid GGG
Chavez Jr - Shot, drained back to 168 he couldn't really make
    Jacobs - Old, drain clause
    Cotto - Old and small
    Mosley - Old
    Kovalev - Old, concussed, drained
Floyd - Old and Canelo lost
    Bivol - Canelo lost

    Lettover whatevers:
    Kermit Cintròn -
    Alfonso Gomez -
    Austin Angulo -
    Ryan Rhodes -
    Matthew Hatton -

The Jacobs that fought GGG might beat them all.

Clenelo is a good fighter. The kid can fight and his resume, even factoring in the smoke and mirrors, all the robberies and gift decisions, the rampant PED abuse, and the heavily stacked deck, is impressive and undoubtedly one of the best in the game. But he does need to inflate those plums of his and man up and stop running away from that David Benavidez smoke at a 1000mph.

    Best resumes of all time?

He got 8-4d by GGG twice. He should have lost to Lara, arguably Trout. Post GGG 2 he has been in many dodgy sparring sessions/fixed figths (see Kovalev for the most obvious exmaple). He certainly does not have one of the best resumes of all time, he should, however, be criminally investigated

To add...Saunders was a blown up 160lber winning the 168lb belt off of Shefat Isufi (eh?) he also looked below par in his last fight prior to Canelo against pensioner Martin Murray

That was an IBF thing. They have a ten pound rehydration limit. Would actually love to see more of that from the ABCs in title fights.

People are so gassed up on his resume. I’m still wondering what makes it so great.

You’re wrong, bud. Clenelo did not fight Chavez Jr at 168, he fought him at 164.5… with a $1,000,000 per pound penalty if Chavez came in heavier than 164.5. This was still when he fleeing from Golovkin faster than a scalded cheetah on meth.

It's hilarious that posters in this thread bashing Canelo's "inflated" resume against dozens of world champions from welterweight all the way up to light heavyweight ...

Are some of the same folks in Tim Tszyu threads on the front page (after Tim decisioned Brian Mendoza) that claim Tim would've stopped Floyd Mayweather.

If you're amazed by Tim Tszyu ... don't say anything AT ALL about Canelo's resume.

When Canelo was Tszyu's age, he'd already had five fights with Hall of Famers.

Hell, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. was more accomplished and had better wins at 28 than Tim Tszyu has.

Give it a rest. Seriously. You sound like idiots.
