Exactly. No doubt though no matter whether this fight happens or not, people will look past this information and still blame brook lol

Hearns latest IFL interview he says its still being sorted and hopes for an announcement this week (but dont tweet him slagging him off if it isn't) but he 'thinks/hopes' it will be done this week

 

Hearn also said Berto or Peterson if Vargas don't happen and he "really likes the Berto fight".

Brook needs this fight massively, as of right now he has no leverage in the division but if he becomes the unified champion then the top guys Thurman/Garcia/Bradley may want a crack at the belts.

Brook is just too high risk for little reward right now, I can understand why he's not getting the big fights. He needs to suck it up and take the short money knowing that if he's as good as he thinks he will make it back with interest in the future.

 

Whether its true or not who knows but hearn has said kel has accepted alot less than what vargas is getting so that isnt a problem in negotiations...

 

Maybe not,Spence has been calling out Brook since his last fight.

I mean he only agreed to take less money in negotiations with khan and now with Vargas. Brook is making the hard decisions and agreeing to less money.

If Vargas demands more, that means Brook has to take even less, if Brook says no, that's not Brook being a ducker that's Vargas pricing himself out

Lol you can think it will be better in america but it will make alot more money in the UK. It's a mando too so it is a 75% 25% to brook, again will haymon send spence over for 25% or will he stump up some huge cash to take it to america whilst brook getting 75% of that. I'll be surprised if that fight happens, I think spence will take another route before the mando is due
