There should be a 30 day weigh in for every fight and you have to be within 10lbs

    This would stop weight bullies.

I'm tired of dudes winning just cos they are bigger than the other dudes in the division.

They should put a mandatory 30 day weigh in, in the afternoon (to prevent shenanigans) and if you are over 10lb over the weight limit you arent fighting.

There's no way you'd get these 25-30lb rehydration of they did this

Totally agree. Been wanting the same thing for years now, this whole cheating the scales concept is just bizarre to me in modern sports where everything is under heavy control and scrutiny.

I think it'd be better to just weigh them before the fight though.

10 pounds for a cruiserweight isn’t the same as for a bantamweight.

I would certainly like some sort of role in place, but as we’ve seen with the IBF rule, plenty of (the usual) guys simply don’t care.

What’s the IBF really matter when there’s the WBO? What’s the WBO when there’s the WBC? What’s the WBC when there’s the WBA? What’s the WBA when there’s the IBF?

Unless all the major sanctioning bodies get on board, it really doesn’t matter. And since that’ll never happen...

But in all seriousness, give it up. Fighters are allowed to have advantages ranging from height, reach, power or ability to cut weight easier than others.

Exactly. This weight bully argument reminds me of the autism by vaccines debate. It’s made up, baseless and stupid.

And also the issue of fighters seriously hurt trying to cut to much.
Sometime the opposite affect (to drained) can work against trying to get a weight advantage.
It would be good for every one if they could get a unified system to make thing fair and safe.
