    People here dont seem to realize that Clottey ALWAYS fights like that. He opens up in bursts and uses the high guard.

    Against someone like Mundine, he has plenty of time to open up and land, against Pacquiao who constantly throws hard punches, he didnt.

    Its thyat simple.

    Also, he actually landed some decent shots on the pac fight.

    ALSO, why on earth would you fix a fight so that the over-whelming favorite wins, just as expected.

    this comment is unjust. there is a probable cause in your opinion that will be coursed to due process before concluding to no doubt otherwise it is destructive to the sport.

    The truth is, Pac-Clottey was fixed.
    Afterwards, Clottey takes a couple years off, and lives confortably in his new mansion in Ghana???

    then Pac-Margarito was obviously fixed.
    margarito had been suspended, then lets Pac win on purpose, and is later rewarded with an issuance of his license and gets to fight Cotto in rematch???

    Clottey was/is pretty good. He gave Cotto plenty of trouble and probably even deserved the win (that head-butt in round 3 hurt and cut Cotto, it definately helped Clottey). He beat Zab Judah and D. Corrales (not Corrales at his best though). He got DQd way back in the day vs. Baldomir (head-butts). He didn't look good vs. Margarito and he looked like shlt vs. Pacquiao. What else can you really say about him? He won a clear decision over Mundine recently (in Australia even)... good for him.

    I doubt he took a dive.

    Probably was fixed. Clottey didn't fight.

    Mayweather-Pacquiao was fixed too.

    Clottey trained at Allan Greek's gym for that fight. Alan said he trained like a beast no way he was in on the fix.
