The cyclist that got banned was caught during a competition, the Tour de France. The cyclist blamed the meat, however, he was not in an area where clenbuterol meat contamination was a known issue, and his explanation was very far fetched : he literally stated that a friend delivered him a steak from another country while he was competing in the tour de france. It was a perposterous explanation, and even then it took several years for them to actually suspended him.

Clenbuterol is much more effective in pill form to gain a competitive advantage for a cyclist during a competition than for a boxer months out from a fight. The differences between cycling and boxing, and the circumstances between the Contador case and the Canelo case are so different it's silly to even try to compare the two.

 

When you boil it all down the result is
Canelo Cheated, He got caught, he wil be known a a Ped's abuser & dirty cheat for the remainder of his career. Nothng you do or say can change that

I appreciated that you were agreeing with me about the point that some have used to argue that Canelo testing twice is somehow significant or makes it worse.
