Mythical stinkfest maybe which even the networks have grown tired of,all things equal I reckon most were shocked to see Ward get out jabbed and outboxed in that first fight before he went into full stink up mode,grabbing body,legs,wrestling ect ok I get it he wins rounds but Ward only fights this way in the big fights with ref onside,in the tune ups he actually boxed real nice which is what annoys me about him even more.
Imagine the other night if Canelo and Golovkin fought like Ward,Boxing would die a death if everyone were allowed to fight like him,fortunately guys like him are few and far between so from the start of the year with Degale v Jack we've had some great feats of boxing.

I never got the Floyd hate personally but even Floyd as defensive as he was turned up in some fights like Cotto and Canelo and fought in an attractive offensive manner for the fans who paid to watch him but with Ward his fans don't even get that do they?

 

Floyd is an actual excellent boxer that outclasses you, Ward and Floyd should not be spoken of on the same sentence. Floyd doesnt need officials to give him a win, he doesnt need low blows, his attributes speak for themselves.

 

So Bumkiller GGG can't even kill Bums anymore look at that bum Canelo he couldn't even beat him lol. Lucky for Bumkiller his team (GoldenBoy Promotions) had 2 of the 3 judges in their pocket otherwise all the scores would have been 118-112 and Bumkiller would have gotten beat by a BUM!!!!

Both put on a good show I reckon,why not just enjoy the skill on display,if you've ever tried boxing at any level you d know how insanely difficult it is,you can't be a fan of boxing to come out with such nonsense,how could you be?

 

Thank you I'm glad you agree as I've heard Ward speak of himself in the same sentence as Floyd which I always thought false.
For those who didn't know better I think they thought Floyd was running even when he was in the pocket all night long but just not getting hit,big difference from what Floyd did and what Canelo was doing at times the other night,setting traps and being chased down or miles apart in my view.
Last point remember how Ward was p**** after the media wouldn't give him the pound for pound no1 tag after the first fight as promised,I can only think it's cause Kovalev looked the better attractive fighter and had him on stanky legs after one round until he resorted to his stinkeroo thing,no way the media could give him POund for pound credit for that as legit guys like Crawford,Lomo are dominating in a much more boxing orientated manner,I've lost count now of how many ugly,illegal,controversial fights he's had and it's true that nobody ever wants to rewatch a Ward fight.
