    Pacquiao-Hatton
    Mayweather-Marquez
    Pacquiao-Cotto

This is the way it has to be. There were a lot of great fights on HBO WCB and B.A.D.

    Some examples are:

    Berto-Collazo
    Mosley-Margarito
    Martinez-Cintron
    Marquez-Diaz
    Williams-Wright
    Cotto-Clottey
    Ortiz-Maidana
    Diaz-Malignaggi

......and so on. Hopefully next year will continue this trend and not have so many fights on PPV.

Agree 2 or 3 a year is all they need. I like that plus it is good for boxing.

if it takes ppv to make even better fights like: Mosley vs. PBF, Dawson vs. Hopkins, Juanma vs. Caballero, Paul Williams vs Mayweather

I am willing to pay for quality

Well there are some fighters who will always be PPV from now on like Mayweather and Pacquiao. A fight like JuanMa vs Caballero should not be on PPV despite how bad i want to see it. (And ill probably end up buying it)

HBO didn't even want those fights on regular HBO!

    Top Rank's usual crap.

Bob Arum continues his **** PPV's in abundance.

I like what HBO did this year. They've had 3 true PPV fights this year.

The one non-HBO PPV that was well worth it was the one PPV GB had this year, which was Lightweight Lightning. It was excellent.

If it wasn't for Arum, it would be on regular HBO. I hate to even admit I bought a few of the slimey snakes PPV's this year. They're always like 25 bucks, so if there's not much of anything else on, it's more tempting I guess.

Agreed. Now hopefully these promoters will start putting on more intriguing and relevant undercards to these PPV's and really take the next step into the redevelopment of the sport.

    No no.

HBO denied those fights from happening because they were so ****.

In a sense thanks to Arum for having the **** fight but he wanted it on regular HBO.

    Yeah, I know.

I was meaning a potential Lopez/Caballero fight. Maybe HBO will take that though. Caballero's never been on HBO.

    Yes, Arum's PPV's are just HBO's rejects.
