I think Wlad has a weaker chin and mental state than Lewis ever did though, ignoring the lack of variety Wlad will commit to in his offense. That's quite a big difference. It means if Wlad is not feeling comfortable for whatever reason, or he gets hit...it can a. effect his performance critically and b. cause him to get knocked out. Look at him against Ibragimov, he had no idea what he was doing when he was taken out of his comfort zone, and lets be frank, Ibragimov was no threat whatsoever and can't really punch.

i cant see how the "jab" is even relevent.....

wlad has dominated useless fighters with this so called great jab......

i cant see it looking so great with a live opponent with speed and a right hand that will put you to sleep....

wlad throws his jab with no fear against all other fighters knowing they cant do anything to counter it because they are hand picked useless fighters.

Haye has a good chance, wlad is extreamly 1dimentional,v good at 1x2's,but thats about it.
lets face it,his string of fights has been against b level heavys who bruno would of beat up, haye has beaten some b level heavys as well, but he is a v good boxer,a better stylist than wlad, thats for sure, biggest problem haye will have is wlads jab,if he can move inside it and throw big rights over the top,who knows.

    Im going for haye

I dont mind if Haye does win.

It be exciting for the division and spectualer if Haye was to lay out that big Ukrian robot.

If its meant to be it will be - and Haye will go down in heavyweight folklore if he could smash out Wlad in Germany.

And would also set up a natural grudge fight with Vitali.

However - how competitive will Haye be ?

I can only judge him on the fights with

    Monte Barret
    Valuev
    John Ruiz

And I just dont think on them performances he will be quite good enough.

The only argument in his favour could be - styles make fights.

The key to Haye winning this fight is to negate Wlad's jab.

He does have decent, if sloppy at times footwork, whilst his body movement is good.... his head movement isn't great.

He was tagged a fair bit by Ruiz and Mormeck, neither of whom have jabs as fast and accurate as Wlad's.

Another concern is his lack of finishing ability - if he does hurt Wlad at any time there's no guarantee he'll be able to get rid of him. He completely loses his cool, which is completely at odds with his usual in-ring demeanour...... swinging from his arse and leaving himself wide open.

I don't understand this blown up cruiserweight nonsence. Haye is 6ft 4 and looks every part a heavyweight. He's got a punch powerthat would knock most heavyweights out. All this makes him a bona fide heavy weight. You look at him when he was in cruiserweight the guy was sticks and bones. Way i see it Haye was a malnourished cruiser weight and is a proper heavy weight. If he was any bigger he'd by the lumbering upright static heavyweights like the K-Bros

The thing is Flint, the rest of the world base their opinions of Haye on about his last two fights. They haven't followed him for long at all

We all know him far better

So who's opinion counts for more?
