And? He still beat the **** out of Wright at 160, who had a close fight vs. Hopkins at 170, where Hopkins beat the **** out of Pavlik. Any kind of real victory over Wright at 160 is legit and Williams beat the crap out of Wright, looking like, fighting like, and winning like a bigger man. PW is not exactly the threat Abraham was... but he's still Pavlik's best choice for redemption now that AA is gone. He's also a P4P-er and - listen Booradley, this one is for you - an HBO fighter. :D WW my ass, he's a freak.

Yeah but Winky has no Power and was still able to stun P-Dub. Why, b/c he has never weighed in at more then 157, he is very thin.

Look Bro -- I am all for a Pavlik/Williams fight if it is done the right way, and the right way is to give PW time to grow into the weight. Winky Wright ain't Kelly Pavlik. Their styles are night and day. Winky ain't throwin' 80 or 90 sledgehammers at you round after round after round, and walkng through bombs to get at you. Winky buzzed Williams a few times. What the hell do you think would happen when KP landed flush? Williams needs 2 more fights at 154, and a couple more at 160: 18 months, and that is only if he completely abandons 147.

Not as thin as he was at WW, that's for sure. :yep He has plenty of time to put on muscle from signing the contract to stepping into the ring. He's a legit MW who can fight at WW, the Wright fight is the proof. And Kelly ain't gonna land 30 flush shots per round, I guarantee. He'll have to deal with the double amount coming from a distance in return.

PW had to eat like a horse to get to 157 to get sanctioned. I think WW is a good weight for him. Mosely should take the fight.

As Kelly's uncle Booradley said, 18 months. but imo he would have to move straight to MW.

What's up with you guys? People had doubts in the past of Pavlik beating Wright at MW, yet Williams won every single round at that very weight, but he's not legit? Pavlik needs a huge win and at the moment Williams offers the biggest price: a ranking among the best P4P-ers.

A 6'2'' man needs to eat like a mad man to reach 160 ??? That's more like a rumour spread out than the real truth ......

He had trouble putting the extra muscle mass to look like a full fledge middleweight with no fat on and cut like he wished to be, makes more sense !

I think we all know the difference between putting on weight and putting it on properly.

Where he beat Wright. Goddamn. Hopkins weighed in at 156 vs. DLH and still fought as a legit MW. Williams is a freak, he can fight at many weights without a problem. In fact, getting hit when you are drained is much more dangerous than getting hit when you are at 100% perfect condition. That's why Hopkins was never able to knock down Pavlik when Taylor and Zuniga could at 160.

The weight thing shouldn't even be a matter of debate....Williams-Pavlik is 10 times more appealing than any other possible fights right now at 160 lbs !!!

Yeah he beat Wright at 160 but Wright was a career 154 pounder and was NEVER a puncher. that's why he could hang with those guys they can't punch. Wright, Verno, Kolle.

Kelly is a huge 160 pounder that can punch with the best of them.
