I agree with Canelo 100% did you even read my post?

Martinez is already fighting someone, what do you want him to do about that?

I would love to see the Martinez fight too but he is not exactly campaigning at 154lbs.

I'd even be happy to see him in with Trout too.

I personally think 154Lbs is just a bit too much for Floyd weight wise, he looks so much better at 147Lbs and might prefer to fight there but at the same time he is a champion there so he has to defend it or vacate.

Martinez has been asking for the fight for tiiiiiiiiiiiiime! 154 is alright for him if he is facing an ex=welter that he ducked at welter. When a proper challenge comes from someone above that weightclass and wants to come down to 154 he ****s off.

If you want to be taken seriously you have to at least pretend to be reasonable....its already be proved that he didn't duck Cotto.

Again I would love to see the Martinez fight and Floyd set himself up by saying he would like that fight too, but right now Martinez is tied up so thats not an option.

If Floyd says that he intends to fight Guerrero in May and Canelo in September then I guess it is what it is but I would much prefer Canelo in May and whoever else in September (martinez)

But like I said before maybe he prefers 147lbs and at that weight the challenges arent that great.....its unfortunate in a way that to make an interesting match up with Floyd (even though he will be coming off a 1 year lay off) you really need to believe his opponent has some strong advantages over him for it to be a credible fight.

Its not an ideal fight but its not terrible....Im personally undecided if I will buy it at this point I want to see who is on the undercard and I have bought every one of his PPV.

I guess fighting in Argentina against a euro level athlete is more important than brand building. Sergio taking a career path that isn't too different from euros as he beats up euros. All he needs to do now is fight in his obscure home country.

When you put it in perspective its not a bad fight, its just Mayweather is held to such a high regard plus add in the fact we know he hasnt got many outings left I want the best fights now (Canelo imo)

 good point. And I like Sergio, but nobody can give Floyd, Canelo or Cotto **** for not fighting Sergio this time around.
I do understand if he wants to take an easy fight after his surgery, especially if it's in front of his home crowd.

Canelo has to fight a credible JMW before he gets tasked with fighting Mayweather.

Tell me since Mayweather's return when has he fought someone of the credibility of Canelo. It hasn't happened.

For that same reason alone, Mayweather vs Canelo won't happen until ginger grows two pairs and fights someone reasonable.

Who else would you like to see him fight at 147? I highly doubt he's fighting at 154. When he does, he doesn't weigh in at the limit... And with him talking about losing weight in jail I just don't see a 154 fight happening next..

Do you believe he's scared to face Canelo? Trout doesn't have a big enough name to get the Mayweather fight.. Martinez is tied up in a fight.. Pac just got KTFO.. Who'd you like him to face next that is an actual possibility?

I'm not paying to see him face Guerrero unless it's a stacked card, but I can't say I don't understand the decision.. It's just not that many people for him to face at the moment..

If he faces Canelo.... he's too green
If he ducks Canelo.... he's afraid
If he fight Guerrero.... why not stay at 154 and face Trout?
If he fights Trout.... he got a man who made some noise for beating old Cotto

    That's how it works.

Both are pretty sh1t opponents for someone of Mayweathers level but at least with Canelo people believe he might be able to beat Mayweather as 154lbs is his natural weight class and he hasnt had to move up. Also he holds a considerable size advantage over May too. Plus 154 lbs clearly isnt Floyds best weight.

The only opponent who is really credible for Mayweather is Martinez imho....but like I said whatever as long as I get a good undercard I will watch but I do think May should have just given us Canelo and got it out of the way.

Pac last two fights were against boxers from lower weight divisions

Yet Mayweather can't fight an opponent in his "own" weight division :rofl
