I think Golovkin would beat Mugabi in a war, but he'd be one of GGG'S best wins.

As for Trinidad I agree I'd favour him over most of Golovkin's opponents Lemieux and Murray would have a shot imo.

As for DLH he got a corrupt win over Sturm and to be fair should never have been at 160.

Some guy was on here yesterday saying that once Golovkin beat the Brit middleweight champ and Alvarez, then Golovkin would establish himself as the greatest middleweight ever. You just have to shake your head.

 

That fight was at lightheavyweight. Kelly was rated highly at middleweight which is where he returned to after the Hopkins fight.

 

Before Antuofermo, Hearns and Hamsho, Hagler best wins were those top ranked middles that Hagler beat on his way up to finally getting his title shot approaching his 50th fight.

I do feel that if GGG beat BJS, Danny Jacobs, Canelo and then got his title defenses over 20 he should be mentioned with the ATG middleweights
